Key Responsibilities as : Customer Service Executive or OPERATION EXCEUTIVE WITH FREIGHT FORWARDER OR CUSTOM CLEARANCE HOUSE .

· Prepare and verify Shipping Instructions with 100% accuracy to avoid delays and penalties.

· Handle sea & air shipment strat to end

· Manage Air Waybill (AWB), Master Bill of Lading (MBL), and House Bill of Lading (HBL) drafts and finals with zero error.

· Place bookings with liners, NVOCCs, and airlines; ensure timely and accurate confirmations.

· Coordinate with custom clearance agents, liners, and transporters to resolve shipment issues and prevent delays or discrepancies.

· File Verified Gross Mass (VGM) with odeX accurately and on time.

· Generate invoices using fstudio software.

· Experience: At least 3–5 Years. in customs clearance,



specifically in export and import (Air & Sea)

· Robust experience in filling Shipping Instructions with various lines.

· Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office is must

Job Requirements: - Graduation in any stream

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
