We are seeking an Operations Manager to ensure the seamless execution of our global consulting and outsourcing service delivery on- and offshore, optimizing operations to enhance customer experience.

Operations Manager

Responsibilities

- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute strategies to streamline end-to-end service delivery in BPM.
- Operational Supervision: Provide sampling and supervise day-to-day operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance and project timelines.
- Workflow Optimization: Implement process improvements and workflow optimization.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate & map resources effectively.
- Client Coordination: Manage coordination between offshore clients and international teams to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Metric Reporting:



Maintain operational metrics and provide reports on service performance and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborative Onboarding: Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of operations management experience.
- Solid understanding of global outsourcing models.
