Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of their concerns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide effective customer support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional relationship with customers.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM software).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
