Job Title: HR Operations Executive

Location: Noida
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Executive –Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, HRMS management, employee documentation, and attendance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll, labour law compliance, and HR software.

Key Responsibilities

- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and salary records through HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and labour laws.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, deductions, and final settlements.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Generate HR reports related to payroll, attendance, and compliance.
- Support audits by maintaining statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance and external consultants for payroll and compliance activities.
- Resolve employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave,



and HR policies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in payroll processing.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Gratuity, Bonus, and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS/Payroll software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR reporting.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Exposure to manufacturing, staffing, or corporate environments is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
