Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process and provide accurate information about the organization’s training programs and services. The candidate will play a key role in student engagement, counseling, and enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding the organization’s training programs and career opportunities.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and assist them throughout the admission process.
- Maintain proper records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding and student support.
- Achieve assigned admission and counseling targets.
- Provide timely and professional responses to student queries.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive experience.
- Support promotional activities, seminars,



and awareness campaigns when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Student Counseling, or Educational Sales.
- Experience in training institutes or educational organizations will be preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,314.60 - ₹33,388.23 per month
