Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure Operations for the Husqvarna account. The role will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, operational stability, governance, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement across multiple infrastructure towers including Datacenter, Network, Wintel, Linux, Cloud, Perimeter Security, Storage, and Backup. The Operations Manager will act as the primary operational leader, driving service delivery, incident management, problem management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and transformation initiatives while leading cross-functional teams supporting a global enterprise environment.
