Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stores & Packing Supervisor to lead and manage all aspects of the packing and dispatch operations in our factory. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup, strong knowledge of SAP systems, and a proven track record of coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, efficient, and quality packaging and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee daily operations of the packing and dispatch department, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

· Develop and implement packing schedules in line with production plans and dispatch timelines.

· Plan manpower and material resources effectively to meet production and dispatch goals.

· Ensure proper documentation and tracking of inventory through SAP, maintaining accurate records of packing and shipments.

· Coordinate regularly with production, quality control, stores, logistics, and customer service teams for smooth operations.

· Monitor packing standards and ensure compliance with quality and safety norms.

· Drive continuous improvement in packing processes to optimize efficiency,



reduce waste, and lower costs.

· Handle customer-specific packing requirements and ensure all dispatches meet regulatory and customer compliance needs.

· Analyze departmental KPIs and generate reports for management review.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies within the department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in packing and dispatch operations within a factory/manufacturing setup.

· Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/WM/SD modules preferred).

· Robust leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities across departments.

· Sound understanding of packaging materials, techniques, and safety protocols.

- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
