ROLE SUMMARY

The Early Enrichment Teacher will provide a caring, stimulating, and developmentally rich environment for young children in the school's day care programme. The role involves facilitating age-appropriate learning experiences, monitoring child development, building warm relationships with children and families, and supporting the overall well-being of each child.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate enrichment activities that support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment where children feel secure and valued.
- Observe and document individual child development milestones, progress, and areas of concern.
- Maintain daily routines including meals, rest, play, and learning activities in a structured and caring manner.
- Communicate regularly with parents on child progress, daily activities, and observations.
- Maintain accurate attendance, incident, and developmental records for each child.
- Collaborate with the Early Enrichment Co-ordinator to implement and improve the programme.
- Ensure adherence to child safety, hygiene,



and safeguarding standards at all times.
- Engage children in storytelling, music, art, outdoor play, and sensory learning activities.
- Manage behaviour positively and provide emotional support to children as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree with Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Diploma in NTT.
- 1–3 years of experience in a day care, nursery, or pre-school teaching role.
- Solid understanding of early childhood development principles.
- Warm, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
- Good communication skills and ability to build trust with families.
