Job Summary

FLYI is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our toy products, expand our market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in toys, consumer products, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Visit dealers, distributors, supermarkets, toy stores, and retail outlets to promote company products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Prepare quotations, product presentations, and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams for timely order execution.




- Collect customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence to management.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach.

Preferred Requirements

- Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and dealer networks.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
