Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote the business plans.
Understand customer needs.
Provide accurate information.
Follow up with potential leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. No Targets.
Maintain records of calls, customer details.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification: 10th / Any Graduate.
Experience:
0 - 2 years (Freshers with good communication skills welcome).
Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and basic English
