Job Title: Process Coordinator

Location: Noida Sector 58
Experience: 3 to 6 Months
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Process Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be responsible for maintaining operational records, uploading PODs (Proof of Delivery), and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Upload and maintain POD (Proof of Delivery) and other operational documents in Excel.
- Update and manage daily MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and documentation.
- Verify uploaded documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect pending PODs and required documents.
- Organize and maintain digital records systematically.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Support the operations team with documentation and process coordination.




- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining data accuracy.

Required Skills

- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Valuable understanding of data entry and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Outlook will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

- Experience: 3 to 6 Months in Operations, Process Coordination, MIS, or a similar role.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience and good Excel knowledge may also apply.
