Job Description:

- Experience : 4 – 10 Years
- Works with client and team to gather and analyze business requirements for the configuration of SAP Project Systems module.
- Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality of the ERP product module.
- Preparing documents for business requirements and validates solutions with the client.
- Preparing road map / efforts / project timeline / sprint plan etc.,
- Works with business users to configure the module to translate business requirements into functional design
- Understands processes and reporting requirements and user interfaces impacted by the ERP system.
- Participates in problem identification and assists in developing solutions.
- Identifies modifications and recommends the changes as appropriate for the business.
- Provides ongoing ERP functional system support. Communicates and interacts with technical team and client to resolve functional issues to meet client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

- Two or more years of ERP End-to-end Implementation experience with Roll out experience to multiple entities.
- Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, statistical posting, and other project management activities in SAP PS
- Experience with Project Systems support and implementation in Suit on Hana and S/4 Hana.




- Integration experience with other SAP modules/technologies is must (Like FI/CO/MM/SD etc.,)
- Experience assisting users with business process changes and improvement initiatives

- Communication and analysis skills to listen to client and articulate back for feedback and solutions
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Document preparation skills for blue printing, Functional Spec, test cases, scripts, user manual, MoMs etc.,
- Problem solving skills to identify, analyze and assist in solving business application problems in an ERP environment
- Presentation skills to present to management and customers
- Ability to communicate technical and business matters clearly in lay terms for comprehension by multiple audiences
- Ability to efficiently handle user training and user acceptance testing
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment
- Ready to accept travel onsite (short term)
- Willing to work on different time zone as per the project requirement
- Frequent follow up and timely status update to client and management.
- Good in MS office application (Excel, Power point etc ) to manage project data.
