- Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu frequently.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in Pharma/Medical Devices/Surgical Products sales preferred.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
- managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and travelling extensively across the state to drive business growth.
- Visit customers, hospitals, and distributors regularly.
- Monitor team performance and submit sales reports.
- Ensure payment collection and maintain customer relationships.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
