LHA Hotels is looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a housekeeping team in a professional hotel workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
- Assign daily duties and monitor staff performance.
- Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and prepared according to hotel standards.
- Maintain housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering department for timely resolution.
- Train, motivate, and guide housekeeping staff on hotel procedures and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle guest requests and housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the Front Office regarding room status,



arrivals, departures, and special requests.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of housekeeping experience in the hotel industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning chemicals, and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- Experience working in a star-category hotel is an added advantage.
