Job Summary

We are looking for Off-Roll Executive to support the Government (GeM & CSD) and Electronics Business operations.

The role will focus on order processing, customer coordination, billing support, transaction follow-ups, secondary sales tracking, and day-to-day coordination with channel partners and project customers to ensure smooth business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeM & CSD Business

- Coordinate and follow up on GeM Partner (onboarding, tender specification), and CSD order coordination ( from enquiry to execution.)
- Track order status, documentation, billing, dispatch, and payment milestones.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain records of tenders, purchase orders, invoices, and customer documentation.

Project Customer Coordination

- Act as the single point of contact for project customers regarding order execution and funnel management.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Service teams for smooth execution.

Billing & Transaction Management

- Ensure timely billing of customer orders.
- Monitor transaction status and resolve operational issues affecting order execution.

Electronics Channel Coordination

- Collect and maintain secondary sales data from Electronic's distributors and channel partners.




- Maintain regular communication with electronics channel partners across regions.
- Track pending orders, stock availability, outstanding payments, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product availability, and operational support for partners.

Required Skills

- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Business Operations, Channel Support, or Government Business.
- Experience handling GeM, CSD, Electronics Retail, or Consumer Durable businesses will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely processing of GeM and CSD orders.
- Billing completion within defined timelines.
- Accuracy and timeliness of secondary sales reporting.
- Partner response and issue resolution turnaround time.
- Timely follow-up on customer and distributor requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
