Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainer cum School Coordinator to implement school-based training programs across different blocks of Alwar. The role involves conducting training sessions, coordinating with schools and project stakeholders, mobilizing students for workshops and events, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging training sessions for school students across different blocks of Alwar as per the project plan.
- Coordinate with school management, teachers, and the project team to plan and organize training programs, workshops, and special activities.
- Mobilize and manage student participation for workshops, awareness campaigns, competitions, and other project events.
- Maintain proper documentation, attendance records, training reports, photographs, feedback forms, and other project-related records.
- Ensure timely reporting of activities and adherence to project timelines.




- Build positive relationships with school authorities and support smooth implementation of project activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for Education, Social Sciences, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of experience in training, education, community development, or school coordination.
- Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively within different blocks of Alwar.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, documentation, and reporting).
