Telesales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, goal-oriented, and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, pitching our [products/services], building rapport, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Deliver engaging sales pitches that highlight the value of our [products/services] and address customer needs.
- Answer questions, handle objections professionally, and guide prospective customers through the sales process.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM software.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and activity targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Proven experience as a Telesales Representative,



Telemarketer, or similar customer service/sales role preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasiveness: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications.
- Resilience: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
