D365 Technical Lead

- Must have 8+ years hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CE/F&O; design and development experience, must have experience of at least 3 end to end CE/CRM implementations.
- Robust understanding of D365 Field Service module
- Experience of functional and technical design documentation for deploying Dynamics CRM solutions
- Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization and configurations
- Well versed with different versions of .NET Framework, C# programming, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server, SSIS or SSRS
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines,



automated testing, integrations and data migrations is a must
- Working experience on power platform – flows and canvas apps required. Power BI good to have.
- Expertise in design and deployment of Dynamics CRM solutions on hand-held devices (Mobiles/iPAD/Tablets), Outlook clients, O365 apps integration etc.
- Must have strong communication skills and be comfortable in leasing with stakeholders independently
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and lead development of Dynamics CRM solution
