Key Responsibilities:

- Clean, disinfect, inspect, assemble, pack, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment.
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment such as autoclaves and ETO sterilizers.
- Ensure proper storage and distribution of sterile supplies to OT, wards, ICUs, and other departments.
- Maintain sterilization records, logs, and documentation as per hospital policies.
- Follow infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Check instruments for functionality and report damaged items for repair or replacement.
- Monitor stock levels of sterile supplies and coordinate with concerned departments.
- Adhere to NABH and hospital protocols related to sterilization and infection prevention.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of sterilization and disinfection procedures.
- Understanding of infection control practices.
- Ability to operate sterilization equipment.
- Attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Teamwork and communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
