We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Incharge to join our Super Speciality Hospital team.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage nursing staff across departments
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and hospital administration
- Monitor duty rosters, shift management, and staffing
- Maintain NABH protocols and infection control standards
- Handle patient and attendant concerns professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- ICU/OT/Ward management experience preferred
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Team coordination and operational management
- Knowledge of hospital quality standards
