Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Travel & Tourism to lead and manage the overall operations of our travel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, team management, client relationship management, operational excellence, and driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the travel and tourism business.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the operations and sales teams.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and business partners.
- Monitor business performance and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage budgets, revenue, and operational costs.
- Coordinate with vendors, airlines, hotels, and travel partners.




- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software.
