Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Lead / Sales Manager who can drive business growth by closing deals through in-person meetings as well as other effective sales channels. The candidate should have strong client handling skills and the ability to lead a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
- Close deals via face-to-face meetings, calls, and virtual platforms
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Achieve sales targets and business goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/sales role
- Experience in a service-based company preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team handling abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
