Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.




- Minimum of 10 years of experience , with at least 5 years in a B2B sales.
- Proven track record of success in selling software products preferably in the insurance/BFSI sector
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
