Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Field Procurement Executive to manage field-based purchasing and procurement activities for the organization. The role involves sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, comparing prices, ensuring timely procurement, and supporting smooth operational requirements through effective field coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit vendors, suppliers, and markets to procure required materials, products, and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchase requirements and timelines.
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Ensure timely collection and delivery of purchased items.
- Verify quality and quantity of materials before purchase and delivery.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, bills, and vendor documentation.




- Track purchase orders and update procurement status regularly.
- Assist in inventory and stock management activities.
- Build and maintain robust vendor and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Support operational and administrative procurement tasks when required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / Higher Secondary preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, field operations, or purchase coordination.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and local market sourcing.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per hour
