About the Role

Savigo Enterprise is hiring a HR Executive for our Pendurthi office. We are looking for a responsible and qualified candidate who can handle recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, onboarding, and basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Post job requirements on job portals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Call candidates, schedule interviews, and follow up regularly.
- Coordinate with management for interview updates and candidate selection.
- Handle employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and basic HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees for daily updates and workplace requirements.
- Support employee engagement and office coordination activities.
- Maintain recruitment reports and daily HR activity reports.




- Ensure proper communication between management and employees.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Good communication skills in Telugu and English.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Good candidate calling and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage hiring requirements independently.
- Should be organized, responsible, and professional.
- Knowledge of job portals and social media hiring is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

- Must be willing to work from Pendurthi office.
- Should have good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be confident in handling candidates and employees.
- Should be able to maintain records and reports properly.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on interview, experience, and skills.
