We're Hiring: Content Writer / Content Strategist (5+ Years Experience)

Are you a creative storyteller with a strategic mindset? We're looking for an experienced Content Writer / Content Strategist to create compelling content and drive impactful content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Create engaging, audience-focused content aligned with brand voice and messaging.
- Develop both long-form and short-form content for various digital channels.

Content Strategy & Planning

- Develop and execute content strategies that support business and marketing objectives.
- Conduct audience research and create content personas.
- Build editorial calendars and content roadmaps.
- Identify content gaps and opportunities for content growth.

SEO & Content Optimization

- Optimize content using SEO best practices, including keyword research, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Ensure content is structured for readability and search engine visibility.

Content Governance





- Maintain content consistency across all digital platforms.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Manage content updates, audits, and lifecycle maintenance.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content writing and/or content strategy.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
- Robust understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B or industry-specific domains such as Technology, Finance, or Healthcare.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of UX writing and conversion-focused content.
- Experience with social media strategy and paid marketing campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Pay: ₹13,289.79 - ₹34,725.10 per month
