Job Title - Operations Lead

Location: Kolkata

Qualification: MBA (Operations / Business Administration preferred)

Experience: 4–8 years (relevant experience in operations & ERP implementation)

Job Summary:

Lead and manage end-to-end operational activities

Oversee ERPNext implementation, customization, and support processes

Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery

Optimize internal workflows and improve operational efficiency

Manage team performance, training, and productivity

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Key Requirements:

MBA in Operations / Business Administration

Hands-on experience with ERP systems

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working with ERP consulting firms or IT services

Prior exposure to ERPNext implementation lifecycle

Robust organizational and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
