Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research on the properties and performance of metals and alloys.
- Develop and optimize processes for refining, casting, forming, and heat treatment.
- Perform metallurgical testing, including tensile, hardness, fatigue, and corrosion tests.
- Investigate material failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to support current product development.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).




- 2–5 years of experience in metallurgical engineering or materials testing.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy principles, including physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of metals.
- Proficiency with metallurgical lab equipment and analytical techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools.
- Knowledge of advanced materials (composites, nanomaterials).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹44,358.05 - ₹65,446.45 per month
