Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves implementing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes assisting in designing software configurations and customizing solutions to align with business process designs and application requirements. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software adaptations effectively support organizational needs and operational workflows, contributing to the overall success of the project.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between software configurations and evolving business processes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM).
- Strong knowledge of software configuration management principles and best practices.
- Experience in customizing software solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing cutting-edge solutions within software engineering projects.
- Familiarity with digital asset workflows and integration within enterprise environments.
