Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, analytics, and audience targeting to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROI through continuous optimization and A/B testing.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting tools, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with SEO, design, and content teams to align campaigns and create high-performing ad creatives.
- Build and optimize audience segments, remarketing campaigns, and keyword strategies.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends,



platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Work with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and CRM platforms.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of PPC, SEM, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends and digital content.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and campaign tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
