BE (Civil) with about 3 - 4 years experience in Tendering, Estimation, Scheduling in a reputed Company.

Candidates should be prepared to join at a short notice.

· Analysing Qualifying & Eligibility Criteria

· Liaison with Clients for upcoming Projects / Tenders

· Meeting with Clients for Project analysis, Pre-Bid Meetings and other Tender related queries

· Market Intelligence.

· Cost estimation

· Identifying potential suppliers by raising BOQ and follow up to get best price offers.

· Participating in meetings with clients regarding all commercial & technical issues related to project.

· Attend bid opening event.

· Coordinating with: Planning & QS, Execution, Billing, Finance, Legal, HR & Business Development departments internally for dealing with Site Inspection, BOQ, Bank Guarantees, Tax Inputs, Joint Venture Agreements, Manpower, MOU & so on as required for project.

· Result Analysis.

· Verification of LOI

· Meeting potential Clients and leveraging Network.
