Role: Manager Level 1 (First-Line Manager)

Purpose: Lead a team of 5–15 members to achieve operational, sales, or project targets. Ensure quality, productivity, and team morale while reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assign work, monitor output, and remove blockers

· Conduct daily huddles and performance check-ins

· Track SLAs, conversion rates, or sprint deliverables (as applicable)

· Train, coach, and handle escalations

· Prepare reports and share insights with upper management

Per Role Focus:

· IT/Dev – Oversee sprints, code quality, and timely releases

· BPO – Manage call/chat volumes, CSAT, and shrinkage

· Marketing – Drive campaign ROl, lead gen, and creative output

· Trading – Monitor P&L;, risk, and trade execution accuracy

Requirements:

· 2–4 years of experience (at least 1 year as team lead or SME)

· Bachelor's degree; domain certification is a plus

· Robust people management, data-driven thinking, and conflict resolution skills

Pay: ₹25,060.74 - ₹35,962.67 per month
