- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during daily operations.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure every guest feels welcomed.
- Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen, pizza, coffee, and gelato teams for timely service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Train and motivate service staff to maintain premium hospitality standards.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and café ambience at all times.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
- Upsell menu items including specialty coffee, desserts, pizzas, and gelato.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, inventory checks, and shift handovers.
- Ensure SOPs are followed consistently to maintain service excellence.
Pay: ₹9,951.67 - ₹27,107.43 per month
