- Candidates should have positive knowledge of interior works, materials, products, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage labor, vendors, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Must be capable of handling site activities independently and meeting project timelines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- The candidate should be sincere, honest, and committed to delivering quality work.
