Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Information Technology Trainee to join our IT team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain hands-on experience in technical support, hardware, software, networking, and basic web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and monitoring Amazon AWS cloud services.
- Support website hosting and cPanel administration activities.
- Learn and assist in Linux/Windows server management and maintenance.
- Monitor server performance, uptime, and resource utilization.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining server and network security measures.
- Perform regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Google Workspace (GWS)
- Microsoft 365 (M365)
- Zoho Mail
- Manage DNS records, domain names, and hosting configurations.
- Troubleshoot website, email, and server-related issues.

Required Skills





- Basic knowledge of Computer Networks and Operating Systems.
- Understanding of DNS (Domain Name System).
- Basic knowledge of web hosting and cPanel.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Understanding of email services (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail).
- Knowledge of backup and security concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies.

Qualification

Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
