Job Title: SAP BTP Joule DeveloperJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Joule Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered business solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Joule. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, Generative AI capabilities, SAP Build solutions, and integration technologies to create intelligent business applications and conversational AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using SAP Joule and SAP BTP services.
- Build and customize conversational AI solutions, copilots, and intelligent business assistants.
- Develop extensions and applications using SAP Build Code, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Business Application Studio.
- Integrate SAP Joule with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, SAP CX, and third-party applications.
- Develop APIs, services, and business logic using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js, Java, or ABAP Cloud.
- Configure and consume SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub services.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-driven business processes.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities.
- Design secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud-native solutions.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and production support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with SAP AI, Joule, and BTP roadmap innovations.

Required Skills





- Solid experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and Generative AI Hub.
- Experience in SAP Build Code, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Build Process Automation.
- Proficiency in CAPM (Node.js/Java), REST APIs, OData, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite and API Management.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA extension development.
- Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and database modeling.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- SAP BTP Development certification is preferred.
- Experience in AI/ML projects and enterprise chatbot development.
- Knowledge of SAP Clean Core and Side-by-Side Extension principles.

Experience

- 3+ years of SAP BTP development experience.
- 1+ years of experience working with SAP AI services, Generative AI, or SAP Joule solutions.
