Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in the end-to-end creation and execution of trade marketing strategies
- Create data-driven strategies for new and growing markets
- Conduct consistent market research to identify trends, consumer reception, and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure alignment with business goals
- Build strong relations with retail partners and distributors
- Monitor retail execution to ensure compliance with organisational ethics and standards
- Track strategy performance and sales data
- Provide recommendations to improve future executions
- Regularly prepare trade marketing performance reports
- Own and drive growth in the Alcobev industry by leading marketing campaigns that target expansion across new and existing regions.
- Lead end-to-end paid and organic marketing campaigns, including influencer marketing, paid media, content marketing, and partnerships. Collaborate with business development to identify and engage potential partners and affiliates.
- Ability to effectively allocate budget in accordance with marketing needs

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

- Preferably MBA/PGDM in marketing, business, economics, or related fields





Experience:

- 2+ years experience with CRM, SEO, Digital analytics tools
- Preferably Alcobev space or FMCG
- Strong understanding of distributor networks

Skills & Competencies:

- A proactive can-do attitude
- Passion for brand building
- Ability to handle numerous projects
- Ability to take initiative and drive change
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
- Robust understanding of metrics and a data-driven mindset
- Knack for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficient in Microsoft-office suite
