We are a fast-growing Australian family-owned healthcare company specializing in the distribution and retail of medical consumables across Australia. With a portfolio of 12,000+ SKUs, an established B2B and B2C customer base, and a market prospect exceeding AUD 500 million, we are continuously expanding our operations, technology, and digital presence.

Digitech Innovators is seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Technical Architect to provide ongoing technical enhancement, customization, integration, optimization, and support for our already implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP platform for our sister e-commerce company.

This is not a greenfield implementation role. Our NetSuite ERP has already been successfully implemented internally. We require a highly experienced NetSuite Architect to understand the existing architecture, improve business processes, optimize performance, develop new functionality, build integrations, resolve technical issues, and support continuous ERP enhancements.

The successful consultant will work on a contract/project basis while collaborating closely with internal team, developers, business users, and management.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for supporting, enhancing, optimizing, and maintaining our e-commerce' existing Oracle NetSuite ERP environment.

Technical Leadership

- Review and understand the existing NetSuite ERP architecture and implementation.
- Analyse current business processes and recommend technical improvements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 1.0/2.x and SuiteScript 2.x.
- Develop and maintain scalable NetSuite customizations while ensuring compliance with Oracle NetSuite best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business users, developers, consultants, and third-party vendors to deliver technical enhancements.
- Conduct technical code reviews and enforce NetSuite development standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, functional specifications, deployment documentation, and user guides.




- Support production releases, sandbox deployments, release management, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex NetSuite technical, functional, and integration issues.

- Work with middleware platforms including Celigo, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and Jitterbit.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve integration failures.
