Job Description:

1. Welcome and guide patients courteously during hospital visits and consultations.
2.Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and maintain the doctor’s calendar.
3. Accompany the doctor during patient rounds and accurately note down observations, treatment instructions, or updates as directed.
4.Maintain updated patient files, treatment records, and documentation.
5.Communicate clearly with patients and their relatives regarding treatment plans, doctor’s instructions, and follow-up care.
6. Inform patients and attendants about payment details, estimate costs, billing updates, and coordinate with the billing department.
7.Ensure patients are aware of required payments before investigations, procedures, or discharge.
8. Ensure confidentiality of patient information and maintain skilled conduct at all times.
9.Help manage the OPD queue and ensure timely movement of patients during consultation hours.
10.Address patient concerns and service-related queries with a helpful and empathetic approach.

Pay: ₹9,700.42 - ₹30,297.00 per month
