Business Development Manager – Construction Contracting

Location: Pune
Experience: 10+ Years in Construction Contracting company mandatory.
Qualification: B.E. Civil (Mandatory) | MBA preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and project acquisition for our construction contracting business. The ideal candidate should have robust industry connections, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of securing projects and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into projects.
- Track upcoming projects, tenders, and market developments.




- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposals and tender submissions.
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.
- Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

- B.E. Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development within the Construction Contracting industry.
- Strong network within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of contracts, tendering, and project acquisition.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
