Salary: ₹3–6 LPA (Fixed) + Uncapped Incentives + Annual Bonus
Job Type: Full-Time | Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with 80–100 prospective learners daily via calls.
- Understand career goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Counsel and convert leads into enrollments.
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain CRM records and follow-ups.
- Deliver an excellent admission experience.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Telecalling, or Customer Engagement.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-driven with positive interpersonal skills.
