- Review the deliverables including test documentation and processes.

Planning and Development :

- Develop architecture, standards, and procedures for monitoring implementation and consider their integration with the balance of the IT infrastructure and support teams.

Project Delivery :

- Perform installation, upgrade, configuration, deployment, and administration of Enterprise Monitoring tool sets.
- Escalation management of overall maintenance and support of the platform
