Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests politely
- Escort guests to their tables
- Present menu and explain items if needed
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks on time
- Check guest satisfaction during service
- Coordinate orders with kitchen and bar
- Handle special requests and dietary needs
- Set up tables with cutlery and glassware
- Keep tables and dining area clean
- Clear and reset tables quickly
- Prepare and present bills
- Handle cash and digital payments
- Work as a team with other staff
- Report issues or complaints to supervisor
- Follow hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform
- Assist in opening and closing duties
- Refill service items like napkins and condiments
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
