Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for EPC electrical projects.
- Source and procure electrical equipment, industrial materials, and project-related items from approved vendors.

Vendor Development & Management

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and manufacturers.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and strategic suppliers.
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain approved vendor lists.

Commercial Negotiation

- Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and contractual conditions.
- Achieve cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation.
- Finalize purchase orders in accordance with approved budgets and company policies.

Material Planning & Coordination

- Coordinate with Project, Design, Planning, QA/QC, Stores, and Site teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Monitor procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

Purchase Order Management

- Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders.
- Track order status from placement to final delivery.
- Resolve supplier-related issues concerning quality, shortages, delays, and documentation.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain complete procurement documentation, including RFQs, quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, and vendor records.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies, contractual requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.

Qualifications :-

1- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

2- Any Graduate

Experience Required :-

More than 8 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
