"Job Description: Sr. Test Engineer – Finacle Treasury & Capital Markets Location: Mumbai, India (Global Delivery Center) Industry: Banking / IT Services Experience: 5–7 Years Role Objective As a Sr. Test Engineer for Finacle Treasury, you will lead the functional validation of high-value investment and liquidity modules for a major banking implementation in the GCC region. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of complex financial instruments, including FX, Bonds, Money Markets, and Sukuk, within the Finacle 11.x ecosystem. This role demands a precision-oriented skilled who understands the intersection of core banking and global capital markets. Key Responsibilities 1.
Treasury & Investment Validation • Execute end-to-end functional testing for Finacle 11.x Treasury modules, focusing on Foreign Exchange (FX) spot/forward contracts, Fixed Income (Bonds), and Money Market instruments. • Lead the testing of treasury products, ensuring compliance with Sharia-specific accounting entries and profit-sharing logic common in the GCC. • Validate the entire trade lifecycle: from deal capture and position management to valuation, accruals, and settlement. 2. Payments & SWIFT Integration • Conduct rigorous testing of International Funds Transfers using Foreign Currencies (FCY). • Deep-dive into SWIFT message validation (MT300 for FX, MT202 for bank transfers, and ISO 20022 standards) to ensure seamless settlement of treasury deals. • Verify exchange rate feeds, hedging logic, and the automated generation of payment instructions within the treasury workflow. 3. Risk & Compliance Testing • Validate Limit Management, Market Risk parameters, and Value-at-Risk (VaR) reporting within the Finacle Treasury framework. • Ensure all localized GCC regulatory reports and Central Bank disclosures for investment portfolios are accurate and formatted correctly. 4.
