The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hiring top talent, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset. As an ITRecruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboardingcandidates to meet the organization's manpower needs

.Required Skill Sets:
Proficiency in handling online portals such as Linkedin Indeed Naukari, etc. Hands-on experience in IT recruitment.
Robust ability to create and maintain databases in Excel and internal ATS. Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated talent acquisition and head-hunting abilities. Experience in resume screening and requirement gathering.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct talent acquisition and head-hunting activities to fulfill organizational manpower requirements.
Utilized robust communication skills to engage with candidates effectively.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions.




Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on their skills and qualifications. Coordinated and scheduled interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.
Conduct salary negotiations with candidates to secure successful hires.
Close positions by selecting and securing suitable candidates.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transitioninto the organization.
