- Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at the project site.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure all personnel use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and incident documentation.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor work permits for activities such as hot work, excavation, confined space entry, and working at height.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and client safety requirements.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, mock drills, and first-aid arrangements.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to promote a robust safety culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
