We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with customers and internal departments, manage sales documentation, prepare reports, and ensure timely order execution while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales coordination activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, deliveries, and product information.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for timely order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor pending orders and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales transactions and customer correspondence.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com or BBA preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and basic computer applications.
- Good spoken and written English.
