Core Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Expertise in:
- SQL Server Agent Jobs
- Stored Procedures, Indexing, Query Optimization

- Hands-on experience with ETL processes (SSIS or similar tools)
- Experience with transactional replication

Monitoring & Performance Tools

- Experience with tools like:

Database Concepts

- Exposure to insurance domain systems (e.g., AMS360)
- Experience with Azure SQL / cloud environments
- Knowledge of CDC, data migration, and conversion projects
- Familiarity with BI/reporting systems

A strong mid-level DBA who:

- Is hands-on (not just support/ticket-based)
- Has experience with data pipelines + application DBs
- Can own production stability independently
