o Develop and implement long‑term financial strategies aligned with hospital growth.

o Ensure sustainability and profitability while supporting patient care objectives.

o Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.

o Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

o Present reports to the Board of Directors and senior management.

o Supervise patient billing, collections, and insurance claims.

o Ensure efficiency in revenue cycle and minimize outstanding dues.

o Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, etc.).

o Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.

o Lead internal and external audits.

o Oversee hospital tax planning and filing.

o Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax laws.





o Manage hospital liquidity, cash reserves, and investments.

o Negotiate contracts with suppliers, service providers, and insurance companies.

o Ensure timely payments and cost‑effective procurement.

o Lead the finance and accounts department.

o Mentor senior accountants, managers, and executives.

o Provide financial insights for hospital expansion, current services, and infrastructure projects.

o Represent hospital finances in external forums.
